Spotted Gar Balsa Ornament balsa-fish Ermines can change their colorSpotted Gar are long narrow fish with an elongated mouth full of needle like teeth to catch other fish and crustaceans. They are carnivores wiht a big appetite. Made out of sustainably harvested balsa wood, these lightweight ornaments are hand carved and then painted with non toxic acrylic paint by a cooperative of skilled artisans on Isla Solentiname, Nicaragua. Approximate size: 5" x 2".
