相較於Fontanilles，這款酒去掉個性甜美的Cinsault，改由百歲荖藤的Carignan與Syrah主導，因此結構更加龐大與紮實，酒體也更為濃郁。明顯的礦物質地，香料麵包的香氣，與黑醋栗形成優雅的平衡。至少10年以上的陳年實力。Anne Gros本人將這一款稱為「Mon petit Clos Vougeot」(我的小梧玖園)，是酒莊的招牌酒款之一。
