釀造：不刻意採取低溫浸泡，根據經驗調整溫度，僅使用天然酵母，發酵時平均每天一次的踩皮，初期有時加上淋汁處理，避免過度萃取。新桶比例相當低，即便一級園也僅約15%。

50%含梗釀造。野生漿果、牡丹、橘子皮、香料和甜菜根，紅色水果，少許白胡椒的風味，酒體中等至濃郁，良好的酸度，粉狀單寧結構掩藏在豐富的水果核心味道中，適飲期寬廣。
