Civil War Bullet - Very Nice 0.54cal. Gardner ~ TL8294 $10 Cavalry Also notice on the skirtFor your consideration one, long tall, 0. 54 caliber Confederate Gardner bullet. You will find this bullet to be in excellent dug condition. The patina is a dusty, thick white color & I do not see a single patina chip. Notice the slant cut nose sprue.. photo 1 & 2. Mold seams can be seen on both sides of this bullet. The cavity is a deep Gardner type with black powder stains found in the cavity. A small stain can be seen on the skirt.. photo 3.
