與Pofadder酒款一樣，2020年份開始將帶梗的比例下修至40%，根據Sadie表示，在發酵過程產生誘人的紅色果香幾乎跟最終成品一樣！發酵完選擇在水泥槽中陳年12個月，讓Grenache的果味及酸度更加突出。充滿著紅色水果香氣，包括草莓、紅櫻桃、覆盆子等，口感帶有重量卻鮮明！

Villers-Marmery (mono cru)，清晰的紅蘋果印象，富有花香。白堊土的鹹味與礦石感，加上奶油風味。汽泡細緻，酸度宜人，是最能代表瑪蓋恩酒莊的一款香檳。適合搭配開胃菜或魚蝦為主的菜餚。與用到開心果等堅果類的開胃菜也會有完美的組合。
