Multi-Clad White 2 Petty camping_knife Total length: 313mm178x50mm petty gyuto in white 2 with mulit layer iron cladding. The cladding etches with a beautiful gradient of grey through the soft iron layers. Convex grind with thin edge and sharp distal taper for ultimate performance. Polished spine and choil with satin, hand polished bevels with some forge finish and etched to highlight the steel pattern. The handle is stabilised spalted Sassafra with heirloom aged brass bolster.
