Its sweet but balanced with a fantastic acidity. Candied orange and peach compote meet vanilla and cinnamon, yet it remains light and delicate. As 2021 was slightly cooler in Tokaj, the wine shows a little more elegance and acidity, balancing the sweetness perfectly. Tmea less was
