Cask No. 28.118 Highland orange oil and brown sugarWe opened a vacuum sealed container of dark roasted coffee beans, enjoying notes of chocolate, caramel and candied fruits. Huge on the palate, this was spicy and peppery at first but then delivered the deep, dark sweetness of muscovado sugar. Following reduction we expanded our coffeeish contemplations, finding comparisons to camp coffee, Turkish coffee or carajllo, the Spanish version of an Irish coffee using brandy, rum or mezcal. To taste, we had
