Released June 11, 1979 it was a smash success, topping the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart for five weeks. Remember The Knack's lead vocalist guitarist Doug Fieger (1952 2010) and drummer Bruce Gary (1951 2006) with this award. Fueled by single "My Sharona", which spent 6 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, the album also produced a second top 10 track, "Good Girls Don't".
