Wording on the rear calls for young volunteers. No date mark, but does have the usual 'naughty symbol' denoting 1933 1945 date range. Has been folded in two across the middle. Obtained from the US so possibly a veteran bring back. I've crossed out the naughty symbol in red, this red line won't be present on the real item.
