This specific card, described as the Holy Grail of Pokmon, was for a long time thought to be the only PSA 9 to exist, submitted by Pratte himself after he added it to his collection in 2011

A funny thing with this deck is that it was created in January 1998, and the "In Between Turns"-rule was removed almost immediately in February 1998 as the deck was deemed to be against the spirit of the game

Along with having only a 20 card limit, a deck can only have up to 3 energy types

We could see more Trainers Pokmon featured, continuing the trend from Battle Partners, Heat Wave Arena, and the Glory of Team Rocket, or we could see another new feature added
