Callistemon pallidus [Penstock Lagoon, Tasmania 1,100 m], Bottlebrush cut flower 'Ice Storm' blooms in JulyFrom SE Australia, this luminous pale yellow bottlebrush was collected near Penstock Lagoon, Tasmania at an elevation of about 3600 feet. Forms a dense evergreen shrub that blooms May through June on arching branches of blue green needled leaves. Plant in a full sun location with excellent drainage. Drought and deer tolerant once established. Mature size: 10 ft T & 8 10 ft W Minimum temperature: 10 F (will likely resprout from the base of an
