Activated Carbon 2L Coral Essentials nopickup Crude Fat Min 4%Our Coral Essentials Activated Carbon is an ultra high grade, bituminous carbon, in a handy 2L bucket. It is a virgin activated carbon in pelletised form, typical size 4 5mm diameter and 6 7mm long. Derived from bituminous coal, its high activity and extreme surface area (due to the activation manufacturing process) make it ideal for marine aquarium filtration applications. For aquaria, carbon can be sourced from animal bones, peat, coconut shells,
