Espresso Poppers-Caffeinated white chocolate ganache also) that we developed originallyThese caramels start with our original recipe but cooked a bit longer to develop a deeper caramelization. When the caramel is almost at temperature, we throw in a generous spoonful of espresso powder and Peets Las Hermanas organic coffee. We love its smooth & creamy milk chocolate flavor. Once the caramel is poured into a pan to cool, it is topped off with espresso salt. These are perfect for a late afternoon kick in the pants when you don't have time
