2019 Little Gem x 2 | 375ml ribeye steak licorice and more of theThis nice, rich and surprising sparkling wine was a very pleasant discovery. Medium lasting acidity drives this wine all the way to the mid palate. The bubbles are intense and last long enough, combine with an enjoyable tartness to bring length and complexity. Strawberry, tea leaves and caramel take over until a subtle and soft peppery finish gives you more than you were expecting. The 375ml format is also a very nice option! A very well made bubbly
