Morgenster Reserve 2011 (magnum) 1000ml As Compass Box is aThis is the second Morgenster harvest for winemaker Henry Kotz from a dry vintage which required close monitoring of water stress levels of the vines. Winemaking was in line with Morgensters philosophy of finding the best possible blend of the vintage to make it a true reflection of the terroir and what could be achieved under the harvest conditions. According to Henry, the result is a wine with great depth and complexity, which he punts as outlasting
