Simple help: Headlamp Switch KNOB shafts are released on most 55 90's GM vehicles by getting your hand up around the actual switch and .. probably by feel only.. depress the spring pin knob.. more like a nail head on the flat side of the switch.. then gently pull the H L shaft and knob away from the Switch. (not a good job for people with bad backs.!)
