And for a rant on a UB card that's frankly too strong, here's why I think Vivi Ornitier needs to go.

So as far as strategy goes this card can't do any actual damage but I would consider this card for Time Control alone, I would definitely use this card as soon as possible and add 2 prize cards to your opponent's prize cards, the reason I wouldn't wait late into the game to do this is because it will take awhile to use Time Control once you use it once and your opponent gets to take two prize cards if they defeat it and with a 3 colorless energy card retreat cost you'll want to just keep this card on your bench after you use Time Control once in the beginning of the game

This means a Dragons Approach deck will have one of the lower answers to how many copies is too many you just need more non-signature cards to make the list function

The irony being that this made it stupidly broken since it now let you kill off 1-toughness creatures to draw two cards, and it only cost one mana to activate
