In more recent years, color hosers are fewer, weaker, and more situational, and part of that is that some of these older cards simply make it so that one person cant play Magic at all, which isnt exactly fun, as pointed out by Patrick Sullivan
With some careful deck building (mostly playing some big card-draw spells you can cycle into with Unpredictable Cyclone to make sure you always have some cycling cards in hand), you should be able to mostly play your entire deck in a single turn by cycling, casting stuff (including card-draw spells) for free with Unpredictable Cyclone, drawing into more cycling cards, and cycling them to trigger Unpredictable Cyclone against and again until you've essentially cast your entire deck
First, rule breaking cards have a higher percentage chance of something going wrong
They'll gain all creature types too, so they'll benefit from any Eldrazi-related effects you have on board
