We have photographed the pelmet with a pair of traditional hand embroidered panels from Ukraine

the panel is a lovely and there’s enough fabric here for a good sized project

Handmade with leather soles and velvet uppers which have been embroidered with traditional stumpwork metal thread work incorporating coils of silver and gold metal thread twisted and wrapped around a linen thread which is then applied as here

Antique Chintz Curtain Panel with Ribboning and Roses: C1920 France 19th century We have photographed the pelmetItem Details. This is a gorgeous printed chintz linen double sided curtain panel dating from the 1920s's era. Bought in the South of France, it came from the linen cupboard of a chateau in Provence. With pretty florals and lace ribboning in a beautiful soft colour palette of soft pinky reds and warm pinks on a pale creamy white coloured ground. Tgered a row of old cream coloured rings stitched along the top edge (a couple are missing) This would work
